 Re-Form To A Line

Definition:
 

From parallel waves: Those facing in step forward and Single Hinge by adjacent arms. Those facing out do half of a Split Circulate (i.e., do a Follow Thru) then as couples Wheel Across. Finishes in parallel two-faced lines. NOTE: Use Follow Thru then as couples Wheel Across. I didn't put this in the Directional Section because Follow Thru is not a generally used call.
