Definition:
 

From a wave or two faced line: Centers Single Hinge then spread and move up a quarter. Original ends do an individual Half Tag then Single Hinge (ends can slide together and Trade to accomplish the same thing). A wave finishes as a wave and a two faced line as a two faced line.
