From a Static Square.

Heads Star Thru, all Double Pass Thru, Leaders Trade, all Pass Thru, Ends Face as Centers slide away from the center, all Star Thru.
Ends in a Squared Set.

Repeat for a total of 4 times, alternate starting with the heads, then the sides, then the heads, then the sides.

Comments and Examples:

Leaders should make a wide arc, so that the Star Thru ends them in a Squared Set position and not in the center of the set.

The easy but imprecise definition: Heads Star Thru, all Double Pass Thru, start a Track Two, but when you meet your partner, all Star Thru.
