Spin Chain Thru Family (comments from Jay King)

Definition:

Note: The invention of Spin Chain Thru set off a regular chain reaction of choreographic experimentation--a chain that is still reacting. It led through many variations to Relay the Top, then Relay the Deucey and most recently to Motivate. In my opinion, it is one of the most prominent representatives of newer movements that are really entire dances in themselves rather than single "basics" like Star Thru or Pass Thru. See the Mainstream List for Spin Chain Thru and Challenge Dancing's Basic Calls for Relay the Top and Relay the Deucey and Motivate.
