 Spin Chain And Trade

Definition:
 

From parallel waves or eight chain thru formation: All arm turn half, new centers arm turn 3/4 to form a wave across the center. Centers of this wave Trade and the wave ends "spread out" so the lonesome outsides can slide together and Trade and then slide apart again. The centers of the wave across the set now catch adjacent arms with the wave ends and do a Single Hinge with them. Finishes in parallel waves.
