From facing lines: Step into a Tidal Wave and arm turn half. Centers of each four hand wave arm turn 3/4 and spread then U-turn back. Centers of the Tidal Wave Trade and form two four hand stars. Stars turn 3/4, centers of the wave Trade and arm turn the one they meet 3/4 as the ends U-turn back. Finishes in parallel waves.
