- From parallel waves: Those designated (heads/sides) arm turn 1/4 or 3/4 as indicated to form "Phantom Circulate" formation (See Challenge Dancing's Basic Calls for Phantom Circulate). All now Phantom Circulate half to a thar. Arm turn adjacent dancer half and new centers turn the star 1/4 or 3/4 as designated to form another thar. All now turn adjacent dancer half. Finishes in a thar.
