A complete dance: Allemande left do a Half a Top (turn partner half by the right and move up two), U-turn back. Then do a one quarter top and U-turn back. Do a half a top and U-turn back. Do another one quarter top and U-turn back. Now do a half a top and U-turn back and finally do a one quarter top into a Left Allemande.
