 Exchange The Triangle

Definition:
 

From adjacent triangles (e.g. in point to point diamonds): Infacing base dancers Circulate on a diagonal to the corresponding position in the other triangle then do two Triangle Circulates in the new triangle; other two dancers in each triangle follow doing a diagonal Circulate from the infacing base position.
