From a DPT, trade by, 1/4 tag or 3/4 tag, etc.: Centers Spin the Top; outsides Hinge; inside hinger Folds and the hingers Counter Rotate 1/4 & Roll (Promenade Single File 1/4 around the set and Face In), Extend the Tag.
