From parallel waves or eight chain thru formation: All Pass Thru (or Step Thru) then those in the centers Swing Thru, centers Trade and arm turn 3/4 as those facing out Quarter Right and Circulate two positions. Finishes as parallel two faced lines.
NOTE: This was also called Scooters' Delight and was re-invented by an unknown author two years later as Passers' Delight.
