- From a Three and One Line (with the opposite facing dancer on the end): The regular couple does a Wheel and Deal action as the mini wave couple does a Recycle. Finishes as couples facing. From a Three and One Line (with the opposite facing dancer in one of the center spots): The regular couple does a Wheel and Deal and the mini wave couple does a Recycle--finishes with one couple in front of the other (if the "regular" couple is on the right end, they finish in front and if on the left end, they finish behind the mini wave couple).
NOTE: It seems probable that this move will come to be called Cycle And Wheel.
