 Turn The Wheel

Definition:

From eight chain thru formation: All Turn Thru. Centers make a left hand star and turn it. Outsides Quarter Right and promenade in single file. Pass the one with whom the turn thru was done once then meet that person again with a right hand to take the next call. NOTE: Similar to the old routine that went "Throw in the Clutch and put her in low, pass 'em once and let 'em go, second time you meet, do (something)".

Ken Jeffries 1973
