From facing pairs: Right side person arm turn half, pick up opposite and Wheel Across (this end the Flutter Wheel). Each couple continues wheeling in place until the left side persons can join hands while the right side persons (ends) U-turn back. Finishes in right hand waves perpendicular to starting direction.
