 Flare And Square

Definition:

Heads Flare the Star and Sweep a Quarter (to the right). Then Pass Thru and Partner Trade. Side couples face, then Dosado partner and Square Thru four hands around the outside. After they have pulled by on the fourth hand, they do a U-Turn Back and Star Thru at the head position. Those at the heads now do the Flare the Star and Sweep a Quarter routine while those at the sides face partner and do the Dosado and the Square Thru around the outside. Finishes in a squared set and all with partners.

Chuck Goodman 1972
