Definition:

From one quarter tag formation: Do a Spin a Web, but the lonesome ends will join the star ahead of the actives and remain with it long enough to step back into the center in position to become the other ends of the center wave. The one behind the original active still goes into the center for the three quarter arm turn and the two left over outside will face the center. Finishes in one quarter tag formation.
