Fish (Steamed)
Ingredients:
- 1.5-2 pounds fish filets
- 2 Tablespoons rice wine
- 1.5 Tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon roasted sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon ginger, chopped finely
- 2 scallions (or green onions)
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- cilantro (for topping)
Directions:

Marinade the fillets in the ingredients for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.

Steam over simmering water in a covered wok for 5-8 minutes.

Top with cilantro and serve.
