Orvis "Bill" Crowson was born 6-11-1920. A War World II Navy Veteran, Bill retired from civil service at the US Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL. Sometime in the 70's after his retirement, Bill took up square dance calling. He called for the Pensacola Shufflers in Florida, and he and his wife Dorothy enjoyed dancing. He had his own recording label named Crow, and recorded two songs. He has now laid down the mike and plays the organ for his leisure time.
