Create 'Submit' form so users can add their own getouts.
Form should display the formation and have fields: Getout Text,
and Suggested Level.
Go thru all 'normal' formations, adding missing lower level getouts.
Add 'Diamonds' to the list of formations.
On Temp-Toggle, send me an Email so that I can add the getout to the
CSDS GETOUT database.
If 'temporary' bit is set, display the text in red, and have 'delete',
'edit', and 'temp-toggle' links. Is there a temporary bit? It is used?
Find Getout: for Netscape, add another box (34x34 pixels?) with
Z-order = End, that I can position around the selected icon.
