Remove the '<PRE>' tags and use CSS or other formatting.
Add lists for 8-dancer calls, 4-dancer calls, 2-dancer calls,
and 1-dancer calls. Get the calls from the CSDS list table
database, and dynamically create the list!
Also do 2-part calls, 3-part calls, etc.
Remove the name 'Vic Ceder' from lists?
Use ListDb to have other information so a user
can create a specific list via a query form.
