Split up SIDE A / SIDE B
Add additional <L> tags:
<L1n> for Opener (e.g., <L11> for first set of lyrics in opener,
<L12> for second set of lyrics in opener, etc)
<L2n> for Middle Break
<L3n> for Closer
so that specific lyrics can be identified by the program.
Add field 'Track' (defaults to 0, which means normal with side A+B).

I found an interesting site where I gleaned a few old-timer biographies
and pictures for recording artists. Among them, I found this on Lloyd "Pappy" Shaw:

I discovered that we don't have anything in our record database with him as
recording artist, and according to Hanhurst's, he only recorded rounds.
I didn't know if I should enter those records just to have a place for
this biography or if we should try to link it somewhere, but it seems
like we should have this somewhere.

Gloria Rios Roth recorded both as Rios and as Roth.
She doesn't have a CCDB profile, but it would be nice to be able to recognize
that Rios and Roth are both the same artist.
