For sequence frames 1 to 10, be able to filter on
Rating 1,2,3,4,5,>=4,etc.

like we do with 'Include'.

NOT USED frame:
Add new function "View" to bring up a seq viewer with all seqs
in the frame (like find sequences results).
Add options:
a) remove from frame
b) shuffle
c) sort
d) move to top, up, down, bottom
e) move to another frame
f) search for text
g) option to change to a different frame
Call filter:
Add new button "move to frame" to move seqs with all selected calls to a given frame.
Be able to filter sequences in a dance (like List|Edit by Item)
by excluding calls not in the list (calls not yet taught).
Be able to save/restore dance frames, like DART EPN groups.

Frame Browser: we need a Find Text function as in CFS and SeqView.
Add way to grab the Callerlab lists (and defs) and place them into a folder
(so they can be used, or added to a dance)
Add fields MILES and AMOUNT EARNED, and auto transfer to Dates Db.
