Add Initially|Finally|Nth-ly Use as subcall in Ceder Chest + Web

> Message = Do you think snap the lock (from any position) is a TWO_PART > call? i.e., if called "finally stable snap the lock" only the first > partner tag is not stable but all the rest of it is? the "step to a > wave, lockit, step thru" ? I got heat the other night as they wanted > to do just the final partner step thru as stable (which of course > means nothing)..... what say you? and if you do think this is a two > part call, can you indicate that on the snap the lock page and also in > your "calls with parts" listing? Ackerman on SD says it's a two part > call, even though that second part can be subdivided down into three > distinct things to do.... Looking forward to your reply. Explictly state that it's a 2-part call.

Jay Concept 1) Re-do the def, minimizing front-to-back jays, etc. 2) More examples.

Exchange The Triangle Show or describe Exchange The Interlocked Triangle.

Exchange The Triangle: Note that an Exchange flips the two formations to the other side of the axis line dividing those formations. That is, draw an imaginary line between the two formations, splitting them, and then flip (mirror) the dancers to the other sides. R-H setups become L-H setups and vice-versa. This is why Exchange the In-Point Triangle is illegal.

Polly Wally Message = When you give the "mirror turn and deal" defintion, I think you should "mention" that MIRROR is a C3B concept - so this definition is not appropriate for C3A dancers.

Release: Modify to not include the word 'Press', so I can do my interesting applications

Exchange The Triangle: Make sure the def of Exchange (e.g., Exchange the 3 by 1 Triangle from 1/4 Tag) explains why the very center leads and not the person closest facing the center.

Slant: While the phrase "do your part", as in the Callerlab definition of Slant: "Leaders do their part of the second Anything call" looks very succinct and simple, doing one's part of a call is actually quite complex. The people doing the second call do it in a complete 8-person setup, that is, they "see" all the phantoms behind them, but they reassemble in a manner that stays out of the other people's way. Slant [swap around] and [single wheel] ends in a parallelogram.

Slant: Do you consider Slant Anything by Here Comes The Judge to be legitimate? If so, the definition seems to need a bit more elaboration. If not, the definition in any event needs clarifying to exclude it. For instance, is the outfacers part of Slant an Own type of thing - if yes, maybe the definition need to reflect this.

Checkerboard: At a recent dance, the caller called: From a two-faced line, Checker board, crossfire After the original trailers did their extend and crossfire, the caller wanted each mini-wave to slide into the vacated two spots in the "outside" line. I certainly understood this analysis, but my original thought would be that each tandem would press 1/2 out to form C1 phantoms (those who did the crossfire in phantom columns and those who did the trade in phantom lines). From two-faced lines Checkerboard, Lockit Which would certainly (I think) end in C1 phantoms (as above) * * * * The "gestalt" for me, has always been that the "slide into the vacant spot" should NOT require any dancer to "cross" from one side to the other side in the "horizontal plane" (i.e. the parallel to where the two who traded worked). If, after an original trailer did the call, if they end on the CENTER line (perpendicular) to those who traded) then they could go forward or backwards to fill a spot, but I am not used to sliding from "one quadrant to another" as was expected by this "Checkerboard crossfire" Is it really true that IF you can get back to a 2x4, that always "predominates" how to adjust back? Are cases where you cannot get to a 2x4 now considered "improper"? If not, is there a general rule on how to adjust them?

Exchange The Triangle: the idea of an exchange is that the two formations swap locations by having the centermost dancers lead with everyone else in their formation following in single file in a snaking fashion to end on the other side.
