Only set the 'Need to Update Got Music' flag if the music label was added or edited.
(i.e., I uploaded a bunch of jazz non-sd songs, and I didn't need to update got music!)
VDC only:
after closing CS or LY db (after an update from web),
prompt whether to upload new MDB files to web for others.
Updating "got music" should put the count in the lower right as it goes
