the drop-down list of dances should not allow me to add a new attendee to a dance that is over.
The list of attendees should be frozen in time after the dance is over,
maybe a month or so after the end date.
I have no control over how many callers I'm paying.
It defaults to you and a guest caller. Maybe in this page:
http://www.ceder.net/dance/dance_edit.php (or the add page) you can allow me
to enter the number of callers to pay? This affects the summary pages.
When marked as paid, prompt to send an email saying you're paid in full.
