Catch:
In the work Clark and I do for the definitions committee, we may be slightly changing the definition of Catch n. The Ceder Chest may want to make a similar change.
The issue:
a) "Square Thru, on the nth hand" has an ambiguous ending formation. Many people (including me) believe that "Square Thru, on the 4th hand Recycle" is improper.
b) In the definition of Catch, clarifying with "Step To A Wave" doesn't really help, since that's not exactly true when you're stepping to a Left-Hand Wave, i.e. Catch 2 or 4.
The obvious solution is to make the first part "Square Thru n To A Wave." I'm proposing that for the CALLERLAB definition, and I'd like to suggest the same solution for the Ceder Chest.
